Charity was established in 1993. |

| His enthusiasm
embraced many sports including speed boat racing,
travelling the world and love of life. |

Since the Charity began, a number of
local charities have benefited from
grants to help them continue and develop
their work, and on his death in November
2004 Mr Watling willed the balance of
his estate to the Charity. The Charity
is run by a board of Trustees who meet
quarterly to consider applications for
grants from organisations operating
within Norfolk and the Waveney area
of Suffolk. |
